Road Block - From Kuala Kangsar To Kuala Lumpur

We headed back to KL in the morning right after the Mid-Autumn Festival. Unexpectedly, there was a roadblocks setting up after the exit to Bidor. Every car in front of us passed through the check, but we were not best of luck at the moment. The traffic police instructed us to pull over. We were claimed that we were speeding at XXX location. Sigh! Now What? As we have experienced this incident before, we knew what to do after producing my driving license. Let’s bargain the amount for settlement to this problem besides issuance of a compound. Subsequently, the policeman dropped a hint by showing three fingers to us, suggesting that he wanted RM30 to close this file. Fortunately, we have no large amounts of money but only RM20. He accepted though.

To avoid to get robbed by this kind of traffic police roadblock, we learn to bring some small money on the NKVE highway, especially after any Chinese festival.
